What sort of range are people getting when using the 03 air unit with the goggles 3?

Good morning, I have an Avata 2 and need to clean the motors. I have managed to get the circlip off the back of the motor but can not pull the motor bell off the magnets. Is there a step that I am missing? All help gratefully received. Alan
