Hi Bobby. I Have returned my drone and got a refund but it is so annoying when you can't seem to get any sense out of the manufacturers - I spent hours speaking to DJI but still could not get it sorted so no choice but to reluctantly return it. But hope you have better luck than me and get it...

Cannot get Drone to show on fly app on iPhone also when I look through the goggles it says transmission stopped - Had the Drone for a week and never had it flying yet so many problems,,,,

HI just had my son come round to help and he said that the only way to activate goggles is to download DJI assistant 2 which has to be done on a computer have tried on phone and iPad but both say to do on computer, but my iMac computer to old to do it on so got to re think now. Thanks again...

Hi Kilrah Thanks for the help what I did was switch the battery on connect it to the goggles with the push fit connector then I connected my iPhone 12 to the USB connector and plugged into the goggles. The goggles light up and show me all the settings that I can do but then I try to connect...

Hi Kilrah thanks for help ,got new battery charged it connected to goggles then connected c plug with usb pluged in it from i phone 12 on the fly app go settings and try and download latest firmware after clicking on avata drone but nothing happens....

When I look through the goggles at the bottom right in a red block it says 'Device not activated goggle firmware too low' I guess it needs an up to date Firmware. Have connected Goggles to DJI Fly but no connection is made between iPhone and Goggles. Any help appreciated before I send it all...

when you double press don't 4 lights flash/ blink then 3 then 2 then 1 to show how battery is discharging

nothing light won't flash

brand new never had the goggles working
