I don't know where the file is but it is in the goggles. If I connect my goggles to an iPad and run DJI Fly app on it the flight log updates with my Avata 2 flights.
To give a ride, install DJI fly app on the phone then connect the goggles to the phone via a cable. (better a long one). You then get the goggle view in the fly app on the phone.
Avata 2 a day after delivery, first charge, then update firmware and it was time to fly.
I have a good rapport with neighbors who don't mind me flying over their houses.
