I have the MC case and the props do not not get pushed down, when the drone is in the case the props are just touching the top of the red foam, so effectively supported. I have not seen any issues with props getting deformed and have had the case for over a month.

File size is a limitation of the file system, the max file size using ExFat is about 3gb. The goggles does not record in 4k so it takes longer to get to 3gb

You will need at least a 80-100 watt iron to make a good joint onto the ESC, my 120W Weller station can sometimes struggle to get enough heat into the joint on the battery connectors on home builds. A imperfect (dry) joint is not what you want on a motor connection!

One of the rings to remember is if you arm has been smashed in half, the motor cables could be snapped and so could the antenna cable. the replacement arms seem to come with the led cables installed, which are incredibly fragile. To change an arm requires good soldering equipment and the skills...

GPS and Vision errors maybe because you’re inside, the loss of video would suggest a damaged camera. The video cable comes out the back of the camera, a big impact on the camera will crush the video cable between the back of the camera and the metal PCB mount. Hope you have refresh/insurance.

The gimbal tilt switch on the Motion Controller only works prior to take off. It's working correctly.

Well it does ‘something’ it gave me about another 500m, however, once the signal started to break up, did a 180 to come back & lost all connection, video and feed, drone started its RTH and about the place that I could get too before the hack it reconnected. Personally not worth the effort...
