under cli, try set runaway_takeoff_prevention = OFF, if flip off whilst throttle means your motor direction could be wrong. Have you set with 'map AETR1234'

Look liked you are using speedbee board, Have you reflash firmware again the ESC (better not using browser from my experience) and FC , recalibrate again? sometimes it need to reflash firmware after clashed because of bug.
