Have you calibrated and trimmed the Accelerometer?

I had the same problem, it has to do with you 5v converter on your FC, ESC or PDB. For me it was a ground pad shorted to a 5v, after fixing the short it worked perfectly fine. Try checking and or resoldering all your connections. If that doesn't work, replace the part that your 5v comes from.

Have you ever been able to fix this issue, i have exactly the same problem, i have tried pretty much every PID combination possible, i have replaced my motors and props, soft mounted everything with custom tpu parts. Yet i still get these oscillations of about 5hz
