Are you racing gates in a course or just flying freestyle in open area? Also, if freestyling, have you attempted gapping trees or small spaces? See if you get zero crashes then.

If you don't have one on, you can try mounting a GoPro (Hero 6 and newer recommended). The stabilization on them will compensate for the 'shakiness' in flying. Also, you may wanna try lowering your rates a little, while adding a little expo. That should make more smoother transitions. Practice...

Make sure your transmitter is set to D16 mode for that model profile.

If you plug in the USB to the FC (with no battery plugged in), and you are only getting the red light, seems like you lost your 5V line somehow, and you will never be able to connect it to your PC via USB. Unfortunately, that FC may be toast. You can confirm this by looking at Device Manager...

Make sure the QX7 protocol for that model profile is set to D16 not D8 or anything else.

Make sure you update the firmware to the FlySky version, not the FrSky version. Look at the file extension - should end in 'CRAZYBEEF4FL.hex Also, I found it works only with version 4.0.0 and not any version higher.

Make sure you load the F3 firmware for the Wizard not F4, unless you've upgraded your FC to an F4 one, or it will be the wrong firmware loaded.

It could be the ESC. Listen for the first 3 tones when powering up with the battery (Are all tones in sync, or do you hear a delay or echo). If it's the motor, you can damage the ESC if trying to throttle up hard too long (or worse get a fire). Easy way to check is to swap solder motors.

Tmotors are one of my favorites, especially the F-series Pro with the silver wire windings. Another couple of favorites are Flywoo Nin and Xing motors.

Not sure who makes it for them but TBS sells them under the Mr. Steele endorsement. There probably are clones of em out there like with pretty much all motors. ???

What brand/ model of FC is your F4? Do you have a picture of the wire? If it's these, then I have 2 sets. I don't use them anymore because I don't use my FlySky radio since I've bought my FrSky Taranis QX7. I can give it to you free, if it's the one. Just gotta pay for shipping.

In my opinion, the 9 seems a bit heavy and will drain you batteries fasters and also put strain on your motors/ ESCs (that can be a fire risk - feel how hot your motors and ESCs are after a flight with one of the heavy ones and you'll get an idea). People have been stripping down Hero 6's...

What protocol are the ESCs using (Oneshot125, Multishot, Dshot600, etc.)? If it is using an analog protocol, then the accelerometers need to be calibrated. Maybe send a screenshot of your BetaFlight configuration tab. Have you checked (with props off) in receiver tab if the stick movements are...
