Thanks for all suggestions! Followed the instructions in the link above but it didn't work at all. Still the same thing. OpenTX freeze at startup and no chance to get into bootloader as well. Talked with the support today as well agreed to return it. Hopefully it'll work next time... Thanks!

Hi there! Wow, thanks for that offer but I'm in Gothenburg, Sweden. I've tried to read and learn som more today and tried to find away forward but still the same problem. Haven't heard anything more from the company support either. Hoped they would get back to me again and lead me forward. Cheers

Ok, thanks! Selected the checkboxes you mentioned but still the same problem. Press power and the light is red and the OPEN-TX logo is frozen on the screen. So didn't make any changes by installing the boot-loader and then flashing the radio like this. Will see what the selling company says...

Thanks! I've tried many different ways now (and also with longer pause between the tries). Nothing happens. Just a quick low cracking sound from the speaker and the red light flashing on the power button.

Thanks! Yes, will get a SD card as soon as I can start up the transmitter again. Is there some other way to try bootloader mode than pressing the trim buttons to the center? That didn't do any difference, same thing as in video.

Thanks! Since the transmitter was delivered without SD-card I haven't had a chance to try with any yet. As I said, complete beginner and didn't understand that I needed to order that as well. :( So, no SD card in when this problem occurs.

Just a quick test. It doesn't matter how long I press it still just stays this way. There's nothing I can do at this point except removing the batteries. Thanks!

Removed the battery for about 20 seconds but same problem unfortunately when I switch it on again. Frozen image and red power light. :(

Do you know if there are some way to reset it to factory settings if that's the case!?

Can it be that vulnerable? I never got any warning that the device was disconnected instead of ejected if that was the case.
