Batteries for dumbies

Coming into the new world of FPV, I’m incredibly overwhelmed with the plethora of batteries available for all kinds of builds. What’s the difference between all of them and how would a noob be able to know which batteries are right for which quad like weight and size? Lipo, Livh, maH, v, c, 3s, 4s, 5s, 6s? There is a lot to learn in this hobby.

btw, I just ordered skyzone 02x goggles, I’m not sure what kind of batteries to get for these. Any advice?

I'm not positive, but it looks like these run off any battery from 2s-6s. I run mine off batteries that are too saggy to run on my quad anymore
