Blheli suit download problem

So for some reason when I got to download blheli suite it says forbidden after downloading for a min. Will it not work for windows 8.0. I click the windows32 one right

This is a good vid on it mate, not sure if win 8 is too old though.

I ran it on win 8.1 a yr or so ago but may have been an older version. Can't you update esc's and etc in betaflight?
