Building a racing drone

I've been interested in building a racing drone for a few years now, but I just now have the funds to pursue it. I made a list of parts 2 or 3 years ago. Below are the parts, will these parts fit together or is there a way to check if they will fit together? I also don't remember everything costing this much. Before I think I remember it being around a 2-3 hundred dollars and now it's over 600. Did the price go up this much or am I remembering it wrong? It also seems like a couple of the parts are discontinued, so does anyone have some recommendations of articles, websites, or sources (I'm going to be doing lots of reading on here too) to find parts and overall which parts to buy to build a racing drone? Also if anyone has any general advice for getting into the hobby I would appreciate it. Here is the list of parts that I was planning to buy:
