Same here too. Never seen or read of anyone fined for FPV.

keep a ;lookout on the FAA site, there are changes coming that address fpv specifically, and for a change are detailed. Not necessarily favorably.

Interesting. In Canada you can fly 100’ above the structure as long as you fly within 200’ radius of the structure.

FAA seems to be changing the rules about this, at least I think they are putting it up for review as well as other old and new rules
