after my first flight with the FPV drone, I noticed there was a small paper wad inside the gimbal cavity. While trying to dig it out with a toothpick, it fell in between the cracks into the front of the drone so I took off the front cover to retrieve said paper. to my surprise, when the front cover came off, I noticed the hood scoop was non-functional?! to be fair, I never did look closely at it and thought that covering the scoop inlet was some kind of mesh to prevent bigger debris from entering the drone but it's literally completely blocked.

perhaps it's just news to me and everyone else knew about it?

There are, of course, some purely aesthetic aspects to the exterior shell. that's obviously one of them!

It'll crash for sure 😅

Thanks for sharing. I thought that was open and channeled air to the scroll fan at the back. So where's that fan drawing in air from? I feel it blowing in the back. Hmmmm.
