Possibly if it would still be on the fpv goggles, I was never able to recover the drone on both occasions

The .DAT that can be retrieved from the goggles using the Fly App is not encrypted; i.e it can be converted and analyzed. This is unexpected since the trend with DJI platforms has been to encrypt the .DATs. In addition, the .txt log files can also be retrieved using the method described below...

In the instructions it says to power up the drone, what if I no longer have it but I still have the goggles? I’ve not touched them since the last incident.See if this helps at all:

No need to power up the FPV or the controller. It used to be necessary but not since a newer version of the Fly App. I’ll change that post.

Did you manage to find the logs? I very interested in the results as another fpv flyer. I see from your posts that you had gone through 4 sets of props, and having significant issues with your controller. It really seems that there is a big issue with you setup. As you have been through 2 airframes now, it may be you controller?
