ESC/Controller connection?

I got a new controller (SpeedyBee F7)for my BuddyRC Magnet quad, which has a Spedix ESC. My question is the wiring connections.
The Spedix pinout is ++ - - 4321. Is there a difference in the ++ or - - outputs? Is it the same voltage and ground outputs?
Controllers have the + and -, then they also have cur and TLM.

I can’t find any other information on that ESC.

Thanks in advance, I don’t want to burn up a board, I’ve done that before
