ev800 writing over the screen

I just got my eachine ev800 goggels and it works but there are something blocking the screen it is the letter VVVVV repeated all over the screen and I don't know how to fix I. if you guys know can you help me, please. Thank you

This is a common problem, it is the font in the OSD chip, plug up to BF and go to the OSD menu, plug a battery onto the quad and hit the Font Manager button in the bottom right of the OSD menu page and then click Upload Font. That should fix it for you.
