fpv firmware

can anyone tell me if there is a standard firmware version that all dji fpvs are shipped with
if so does anyone know what that firmware version is.

As soon as there are multiple versions what you get will be random based on how long your unit has been sitting in a warehouse.

is it possible to downgrade from say 01.02.0050 or 01.02.0020 to 01.02.0000 or will the dji software not let me you do that

There's no 01.02.0050 that I know of. They are all downgradable except the weird 01.02.0015 as per DH.

oops typo on my part...so as long as its not loaded with 0015 firmware i can downgrade it to 0000..

is 0020 the latest firmware right now

actually ill ask this...so even if its on the 0015 version..i should be able to upgrade to 0020 then go back to 0000..is that correct

No, it wouldn't be able to go to any other version. If that's what you get you should just return it, make sure that's an option where you buy if downgrading is important.

Out of curiosity, is there a FW version that is NOT desirable?

I don't even know what version my FPV is LOL. Anything I need to watch out for?

They all work fine, but 01.02.0000 improved tuning for less wobble so it's good to have. Later ones are only there to block hacks so they're very much not desirable if you want to use them.
