FPV RC -- Adjusting the Stick Stiffness

Is there any non-PITA way to lift the flaps on the back of the RC to adjust the stick stiffness?

I finally remembered I bought a set of good tweezers a year ago for working on drone stuff, and that worked OK.

But is there some simple way that I'm missing?

FWIW once I had mine opened I never clicked them fully back...

I was tempted to do the same. But the tweezers work well enough that I'm just going to keep sealing them up.

I suspect that over time, I'll get better at it, and the flaps themselves will loosen up, and I'll just stop noticing a problem.
