Furious true d frozen

Has anyone had this happen? My true d is frozen on the startup screen. I still receive r7 but can change channels on the unit or in the goggles. Please help. Photos don’t come out great but again it’s just stuck on the startup screen. Ver3.8

I have a True-D and have not experienced your issue. I guess I'd try pulling the module off the goggles, make sure you have a known good charged battery, plug it back in and see if that solves it. If not, I'd probably try to connect it to the computer and reflash the firmware. There is a v3.9 available as well.

Did everything minus reflashing it. Gonna have to try it once I get back to a computer.

I have true d on three goggles. I've not experienced this. Hopefully flashing it works.

Flashing to 3.9 solved it, thanks! Furious tech support suggested the same thing.
