Hi there, I have just noticed this forum exists and would like to find out more about FPV drones.
I do not have one, yet, but wondering at my age, if I did buy one how long would I be able to fly it before crashing it into the ground.

Thank you. Just trying to glean as much info as possible before (possibly) committing.

Welcome to the forum. Flying FPV takes quick reflex’s which
I don’t have so most likely unless flying this new DJI drone
i would most likely crash right off. ?
Check out our Video section and you will see what I mean. Good luck ?

Thank you, I already have started watching as you suggest. First impressions, 'stick with Mini 2'. Fly sedately, fly happy and maybe just retire drones through their old age and not mine. lol.

nah, don't let them put you off.....

fpv = first person view ... it doesn't have to mean freestyle/racing/acro...
you can just enjoy the more immersive nature of flying.

of course, you can also get fpv for other mavic drones too by adding some goggles.... that could be a good approach if you want to 'fly sedately' .. and get more battery life :)
( I think this can be done with any mavic, so you could use your mini)
