Is it possible that LiPo HV can damage electronics of a drone?

My new Happymodel Mobula 6 19000KV Frsky stopped to work after a few flies.

I used 450mAh 80C Lipo HV instead of recommended 300mAh 30C Lipo Battery.

BTW, in hindsight I've realized when I charged the battery with my Hota D6 Pro I had chosen in battery type Lipo instead of LipoHV.

It will not hurt your LipoHV to be charged to 4.2v per cell instead of 4.35v per cell.

The 450mAh batteries will probably give you shorter flight times due to increased weight, but they shouldn't hurt your electronics.

My limited experience is that the hardest thing on the motors is not disarming immediately on a crash. I avoid turtle mode for the same reason. Trying to spin a jammed motor results in bad things.

Yes, I've heard it too.
Actually, my drone died after a small crash, but I've heard motors were spinning like a crazy (making unusual load noise). Maybe somehow it is possible to limit motors power to 95% in Betaflight to prevent this from happening.
