This happened a while back with my first drone but I'm curious to get some feedback on this. I was flying my fairly low-end mini drone for one it's first voyages when a well meaning neighbor-friend wondered over and distracted me. I decided the best approach would be to put the drone in automatic return mode which had worked flawlessly before. This time, however, it landed in a tree, fell onto my concrete driveway, and broke a bunch of stuff. I tried to repair it using superglue but the only thing the glue would stick to was my fingers. The plastic parts of the drone pretty much just laughed at the glue and fell apart. Does anyone have advice on what type of adhesive might work to patch this thing back together? Two of the rotor arms broke off so the damage is extreme. I've been able to hot-glue it back together and fly it but that hasn't really proven to be a great solution either.
Any tips, other than throw it away would be welcomed.
I've replaced this unit with a different one but the camera on the broken one is much better.
