Smart RTH - obstacles

Hello -

I am new to FPV, have been flying Mavics for quite some time.

I am considering jumping into FPV with Avata 2 and had a question about Smart RTH.

How does this work without obstacle avoidance? My Mavic will RTH and avoid obstacles along the way, but how does the Avata 2 handle obstacles during RTH?

Like older models it doesn't and it's up to you to choose the RTH height wisely for the environment you're in. You should always be doing that anyway, OA is just there to give you a 2nd chance in case you made a mistake.
