Telemetry Issue with R-XSR, RDQ F4 FC, and Taranis QX7

I have setup my quad and everything is working...except for telemetry. I have verified that the port I am using on the Receiver is wired to the correct pad on the FC and configured the UART in BetaFlight. All the controls for the the drone work well but when I try to discover sensors on my Transmitter...nothing. I have confirmed that the cli command "set tlm_halfduplex = off" has been saved to the FC settings per the FC instruction manual. I have confirmed the correct port on the Receiver (middle port) is the one wired to the "T" pad on the FC. I have full lights on the receiver (solid blue and green) and am otherwise able to fly just fine. For reference, I am using the RDQ-Bardwell-F4 FC. I am not sure what steps to take next to troubleshoot. Thoughts?

Did you set the slider in the Configuration tab in BF to turn Telemetry on?

I also checked to make sure that inversion was matched on the receiver and the FC...they both seem to be inverted.

I wish I had more ideas for you, but it sounds like everything is wired and configured correctly.
