I am assuming you are refering to setting up the DJI remote controller 2 to use it in M mode. First tighten f2 until the control stick does not re-center in the throttle axis (up and down) and then tighten the f1 screw until you have the desired amount of drag, at least enough to hold the stick in place against gravity.
