I would try re-flashing the firmware. I've had that recover an FC. Just the 1st 3 beeps without the last 2 usually means the ESC is working but the FC isn't seeing it. Conformal coating I would think has to reduce the heat dissipation somewhat at least. The little AIO boards could be sensitive to that I suppose. How is an indoor tiny whoop likely to get wet anyway? I don't fly my TinyHawk outdoors.
