Hi!

I am making a music video. It is my own song. The video is going to be in youtube but probably not going to get much views..

I like your videos here I would like to use this material in my video.

So-

What is the deal here - is there material that is free to use? Or do I ask every video maker for a permission? Or is this possible at all?

Welcome to the forum. Not exactly sure what you’re asking.
You want to take clips from others videos here and use for your video. If that’s the case and I’m not 100% sure but would think
it would be like pictures. You would need permission from the
owner to use anything.
