I watched your video again, and it does look like the ARM icon is lighting up. So with that switch on ARM, try the default ARM: throttle down, yaw right (hold this stick position for 1-2 seconds). It may require both now that you have set an ARM switch.
This is all assuming your ESCs have been calibrated. If you don't know if you have calibrated them, let me know I will tell you how.
