When I record to the Avata using the SD card in the drone it records video clips to a maximum of 3:45 seconds and then opens a new file and continues recording for the same amount of time and opens a third file. Am I missing a setting that allows me to continuously record? Thanks for any help.

I just received my DJI backpack and I am pleased with it. I have lots of room for my 5 batteries plus two goggle batteries, filters, lens cleaning kit, cables, remote controller 2 etc. The bag is well made and a comfortable size and weight.

Hi Bobby, are you using a Mac or a PC? This is my sixth DJI drone that I have purchased and I have never had a software issue before. I'm going to give another try but I think I'll be sending it back to DJI. Cheers Al
