The DJI Fly app is the one you need (It isn't on Google Play). Note that this app is only used to activate the drone and controllers it isn't used to fly the drone. Follow the activation instructions in the manual and you'll be good to go.

Or better would be a software update that fixes the instability when taking off slowly.
