    I wish to share with all the resolution of my issue. Due to the fact that its very difficult to downgrade the OpenTX firmware I just managed to do a last try. Instead of flashing the XM+ receiver with the normal old XM+FCC170313.frk firmware I selected the old XM+FCC170313-RSSI16.frk and bingo...

    I have a Taranis X9D. Tried to flash the internal module with both FCC and LBT firmware, but didn't resolve the binding issue. Battery voltage is around 8v

    Can't I just flash the internal module instead of flashing the receiver (It will be simplier: I know there is the chance to over energize the xm+ with the transmitter battery and burn it)? Or is It a problem relating also to the firmware age?
