Mamba F405 MK2 wiring

Hello everyone!
I'm new to the FPV world and purchased components following some tutorials on YT.

Mamba F405 mk2 stack came with a schematic that didn't quite understand:
How does those red and grey dots be intepreted and ...
...should I power my Tramp HV to 5V, 9V or VCC (as some video I've seen)?

This is the way I read it. Your Vtx and camera both require 5 volts so solder em to the 5v pads. The inside pads for the vtx and outermost for the camera

I definitely wrote in bad english.
Mine were two different questions:
1) what is the meaning of the red and grey dots? If I solder on the second row I'll get different out puts?

2) This is a question to which I already received an answer: Tramp and camera (Foxeer micro toothless 2) can be powered by VCC (5V is too low for Tramp which requires 6-18v).

I'm still interested in receiving an answer to the first question.

Grey is ground. Red is 5v. Or 9v.
