Actually I set it to zero to flatten it out. I've flown for a long distance inverted that way but you have to be really careful as the controls are opposite. I also turn the controls down as well so the movements aren't as abrupt. Oh and you can fly backwards as well. Be careful.

Technically, you could fly the drone to a point the image pixelates and then set the controller down (or hand it to another person), walk away and see if things change.

Yea and lots of drones have been crashed... That's my point. Oh and what do you know? DJI no longer sells goggles for non fpv drones. Hmm... I wonder if there's a connection? BTFW... if DJI released the firmware to allow the goggles to be used with the Air2S, once guys started crashing them...
