I currently have a drone frame with motors, DJI goggles Integra and the DJI FPV controller 2. I would like to turn the frame I have into a racing drone. Does anyone know of a fc that would let me control the drone with my current controller?

You can get a bound drone. It happened to me twice. Fortunately both times I contacted the seller and they unbound it. I believe eBay's rules of selling drones requires a seller to list if it's a bound drone or not. If it's bound it might fall under the perimeters of "broken or for parts only".
