After a couple of hours on the simulator I took my Avata out for my first acro flight. I got a message when enabling manual that "if I yaw to quickly I'll mess up the IMU" or something like that. Anyway I am aware of an issue that when you yaw to quickly the drone pitches forward but in the video I saw the drone didn't exit manual mode. When I tried to do a 180 drift the drone pitched forward and then went into normal mode, leaving an IMU error on my screen. Is this normal or is there something wrong with the drone?

Sold my Avata 1 when the 2 came out but it sounds like they added some detection for when you exceed the available power through an update, it is in the release notes.

Ok thanks for that. Do you have any of these issues with the Avata 2?

Never really tried since it's not a problem for my flying style but it's a LOT more powerful so should be way less easy to get into that state.

now that they released compatibility with fpv controller 2 and integras i will keep my eyes on the market for a second hand one. i ordered all the parts for a 5 inch 6s qaud, my first build, so well see how i like that.
