    Finally Finished and Hover Tested!

I plan on crossing over, but there's nothing available now. No goggles, no vista. The only way to get a hold of a vista is off another BNF rig, and who knows when the next wave of goggles is coming; they've put them all into the FPV kits unfortunately. Most of the time I fly a 6 inch rig that...

    Finally Finished and Hover Tested!

I've been taking my time when I build, try to get less tech failures (knock-on-wood). I've finally finished the rebuild of a frame I have a lot of hope for; an FPV Cycle CineGlide cheater setup. Pyro 32bit 45 amp V2 ESC FPV Cycle Imperials at 2200 KV Pyro 1250 5s (80% throttle cap) Goku F7...

A new kind of FPV rig

I wanted to show you this too, it has the same startup chime as an FPV rig!

A new kind of FPV rig

Hey yeah man, that's great! I've just been spinning up the toothpicks lately, but they're both in need of repair now. My favorite toothpick has a strange fly-away issue where the PID loop freaks out when I punch it, and the throttle stays stuck. It's not the actual throttle because I have a read...

A new kind of FPV rig

Got some test footage this morning. Didn't get to open it up or anything, just took it slow. Tight area, very shallow, but lots of fish

A new kind of FPV rig

Correct, it's tethered to the controller, which makes a small wifi hotspot for your phone to connect wirelessly to. They have a few lengths of tether, this one is 100 meters.

A new kind of FPV rig

It's been a while, I though I'd show you guys what I've been up to... This is the Chasing M2, my second underwater drone so far. It boasts 8 vectored motors that give it amazing 360 degree control, 4k cam at 1.8 aperture, the works. This was what pushed my wife over the edge so now she's...

    Larva X buzzer

You can make it louder through BL heli, but yes, an added beeper would be louder. I use them for my big rigs because I fly over a lot of bushes and saw palmettos, but I find the Larva didn't have the range for me to really lose it. I guess it depends on where you fly.

    Larva X buzzer

You can use your motors as a buzzer (the same way they make the startup chimes), here's a good guide to break it down for you. https://oscarliang.com/esc-beacon-lost-model-alarm/

    Vaporware from Sonin Hybrid ?

I read an article that I was going to post here a few days ago, but I decided to take a deeper look. My first red flag was that there was no link to a company website in the article... Strange. As I'm reading the specs on this drone I'm becoming more and more suspicious so I take a look at their...

    emax rsII 2306 2400Kv replacement

Most motors that are re-marked and resold under a different label are made by the same handful of manufacturers. I didn't mean it as a swipe, T-motor makes my favorite motors. (and nobody gets away with cloning them, they can't match the quality)

    emax rsII 2306 2400Kv replacement

@NeoCloneOne I've heard good things about those, are they produced by T-motor? I can't remember I'm pretty sure that these are my next motors. 5 inch, 5s 🔥🔥🔥 https://pyrodrone.com/collections/hyperlite-motors/products/hyperlite-2208-5-2222kvteam-edition

    emax rsII 2306 2400Kv replacement

    emax rsII 2306 2400Kv replacement

Are you sure it's the motor and not a bent prop? If so, you can replace it with a different brand, and ECO series are exactly the same on paper. I'd get two to have a backup, this won't be your last crash learning :) See if you can find a Canadian seller, it's a pain dealing with shipping and...
