That doesn't sound right. the smart 35 has plenty of power. The 1050mAh battery seems a little too much weight for that drone. The max I fly is 850mAh battery or 650mAh and I get ~7min flight time. Wait until you fly a 5 inches drone, those are way more loud than the smart 35 lol

I'll have to go back with a gopro next time.

Yes. Since I already had the DJI FPV drone with the V2 googles I got the V1 controller and I'm good to go for most digital quad now. That is until I want to do long range with crossfire or ELRS, then I need another radio lol.

Thank you. It is hard to find good place in the bay area CA where you can fly legally. If it's not a national park, then it's a preserve or most of the local parks here have rules against drones.

Just cruising at my usual spot. I used the onboard flash memory on my GEPRC smart 35HD to record the filtered gyro data at 1KHz. Bring both gyro data and video together in gyroflow to stabilized the raw video from the nano camera.

You're right. I tested that this morning and auto RTH worked in sport mode but not in manual. Just the low battery warning. Can't believe I never noticed that until now lol.

Yeah my other possible explanation is that I was on a trip where we had some 110F temperature for long period of time and I'm wondering if I damaged the batteries that way when they were in the car.
