Guys please can you seasoned guys tell me what is the reason we have the grid view option with the avata?
I was playing with the menu and put it in grid view, the white aiming circle was still there I thought the centre of the grid would remain in the centre of the circle and was hoping to use it as the reference point when flying into a white background (cloud cover) but it seems not to stay quite in the centre during fast flight and spirited turning.
So was wondering what it’s used for ?

It's basically a rule of thirds/image composition help, not flight-related.

Thank you for the reply ..in lay man’s terms what does this mean? I’m not familiar with photography or picture taking at all so just curious

Basically for pleasing images you tend to want the main subject either well centered or at a third of the picture. Most cameras have grid overlays you can enable to help with that.
