I typically fly each battery down to 40-50%. I never go all the way down so that when I take them out I can store them since lipos need to be stored at that level.
Lipos also don’t like to be drained all the way.
I know these are “smart” batteries but don’t the same lipo practices need to be followed?

I fly down to 15-20%, then recharge once cold.
They bring themselves back down to 65ish% 5 days after being charged if unused.

If you have the gear and want to be extra careful you can charge them only to 3.8V / cell with a lab power supply or properly adjusted RC charger, I've been doing that. You can supply 22.8V with 2A current limit to the charging hub and it'll put all 3 batteries at storage level.
