Blade Conspiracy help!

I bought some months back this blade drone with a Taranis radio and receiver it work great until some days back it hit the ground. When I tried to fly again all the lights inside light up but it doesn't work, since I have dx8 spectrum with an Fp v Racing reciever I installed and binded it by the manual that came with the drone. Same thing lights up but doesn't work. Any idea what is wrong?

I thank you for your response, I will take another look. If I put it in Beta Flight in the comp. Will I be able to detect if there's something wrong?
