DJI Avata Front Motors Not Twitching on Startup after C157 upgrade

good day everyone. i am upgrading my son's DJI Avata and we are having some trouble. we got a new mainboard and motor assembly. and we are doing the c157 upgrade. i have installed the new motors, the 2 rear twitch on test start, but the 2 front motors do not. does anyone have any diagnosis help for this?

I'd double-check that the motor connectors are fully seated on the mainboard. Had something like that once and turned out one connector just wasnt clicking in all the way.
