dji avata trouble

hello everyone, im a new avata pilot here. i purchased an avata off ebay that was tested and fully functional. when i turn it on i receive a warning to check my sd card cover (which is closed), is this normal or is the drone sensing something inaccurate? also when the drone is sitting on the ground i get a low power mode alert. i did not notice this alert while flying though.
any and all help is appreciated.

There's no sensing for the cover, it's just reminding you to close it regularly for obvious reasons.
Low power mode is normal too, it does that to avoid overheating when on the ground.
