Hi, I'm brand new to the hobby and I'm putting together a 2fiddy 2400 build. I wired everything up and plugged in a smokestopper to my battery. I'm running a 6s 380 lipo with a 69% output motor. When I plugged my battery in I turned on the smokestopper and pressed the button to change it to 2a(blue light turned on) I then plugged it into my gn745 FC and god the green light on the SS. I then unplugged the SS and went to plug the battery into the power cable and about half way in it puffed smoke and fried the battery and drone negative power port. What could have caused this, and why did the SS show green of there was a short? Mainly is my FC now fried and how do I check if it is?
