Frsky Access and R9 modules

Hi there, I am looking at purchasing a R9m 2019 transmitter module as well as a r9mm reciever or a similar one. I have a couple questions that i am struggling to find answers for and would appreciate if someone could help me out
1. Is this system compatible with a Fs-i6 transmitter.
2.What is access and is it compatible with a fs-i6
3.Would this system work with nazgul 5 (succex f4 FC)

Access is a new FrSky protocol and only works with the new FrSky Access version controllers.

In order to bind R9MM receivers with taranis X7 Q, you must always flash the receiver ??
