Is there a avata-rc2-integra area?

Just curious guys. Brand new explorer bundle from Amazon. (Avata+RC2+Integra). Recorded video in the Avata, on playback freezes, then Pixelates then plays. Had DJI rep on the phone said I should change the .mpg format to .mov like the Integra headset. That doesn't make any sense. Any suggestions.

If that's footage that's on the aircraft's card, replace/get a faster card (U3)

Thanks for that info. purchased from amazon, v60, 128gb, A2, u3 chip. We'll see.
