Just getting into it, can I get a sanity check before I spend money?

Greetings FPV folks,
I'm an experienced drone pilot, been flying DJI camera drones for years now but have been wanting to get into the FPV world for a while now. The launch of the o4 air unit pro has really pushed me over the edge, since it is now possible to shoot usable FPV footage without strapping a heavy action camera to a quad. Additionally, the experience of flying FPV with crappy analog transmission has never appealed to me, so I'm definitely drawn to digital, even with it's associated drawbacks.

What I would like to be able to do:
#1: top priority is I want to film mountain biking, typically in a forested setting, at speeds 15-25mph.
#2: I do a few real estate shoots here and there, and it would be cool to be able to do FPV flythroughs.
#3: some med range mountain/forest surfing would be rad.
#4: I'm not interested in freestyle flying with flips and spins, the type that results in nauseating footage. Smooth and fast is what I'm after.
#5: I don't see myself flying inside except for real estate flythroughs, and if I change my mind on that, I'll buy a o4 air lite tinywhoop.

What I'm thinking of buying to get started:
  • Radiomaster Zorro ELRS controller. I'll get this first, and log a bunch of time in the sim.
  • GEPRC Cinelog30 V3 O4 Pro Quadcopter, with ELRS receiver. I realize a 3" is definitely on the small side for anything remotely approaching long range flying, but am thinking it'll work well for chasing mountain bikes in a forested setting? Under tree canopy, I don't expect to encounter strong winds. Prop guards seem essential, since there's no way I don't wind up hitting branches or trees.
  • DJI Goggles. N3, or Goggles 3, idk yet.
  • Batteries: GEPRC LiHV 4S 720mAh 100C Battery
Am I heading in generally the right direction? I understand that for proper long range flying, I'm going to want something far larger like a 7", but will the cinelog 30 be usable at all?

Also, I'm not really looking to get into custom builds at this time, so RTF only.

Thoughts, advice, suggestions?

Cheers.
