I have a drone that most would probably consider a toy. I really like the way it flies but it doesn't have a 3-axis stabilizing gimbal so the video is garbage. Is it possible to replace the crappy camera with something better? (I know the right answer is "buy a better drone" and I'm sure I'll do that one day but for now, please humor me). Thanks!

Can't say much without even knowing what you have...
Separate gimbals were a thing before they got integrated, but you'd likely be spending more on one and the supporting equipment than on a used "real" drone.
