thanks Wayne. got the maiden flight in yesterday. decided not to fly my gopro 6 and waiting on a session 5 mount (be here tuesday). we didn't wring it out, just tested range etc before switching to the cerberus for 10 sick-*** batteries yesterday. i really want first real flights on hd so Im being patient.
also maidened the rebuilt micro yesterday. its beastly but needs some tuning.
got more work to do on everything today.
thanks all for your encouragement and help. what a ball! the town trimmed a new gap into the trees down by the lake. Ill stop and post a vid soon.

took the gopro 6 for a ride anyway..Its heavy and survived. Its Nates Gf camera so kinda stretchy and we took it easy.

I love this design and lifetime replacements if I break a leg or frame. fully chamfered edges. Tight
and they sent me a pair of flynoceros sun glasses.

Sköll came with a set of these and Ive got 5 more sets and 3d printed arm guards coming in the mail with the session 5 mount. Any one use these props?

20 sets of dalprop 5045 came in the mail today as well. these new gemfans have more bite so id have to change pids on the Cerberus 5" to handle them? we'll see ( :
the sköll is running same temps as the cerb but we haven't wrung it out yet (no HD camera and one set of blades). maybe end of the week we'll have everything. I want motor guards before we crash. are these blade as tough as the Dp5045?

last half of 3rd battery (maiden), rates reset from 650 to 1005 deg/s. I backed it down to 805 but its raining today.

lol, after waiting for the gopro mount to maiden, we flew with a big finger print smudge on the lens through 4 batteries sigh.

Ended up having to do major surgery today. Somehow between testing and final fit I bricked the XM+ .. (hand to face)
I ordered a couple extras last time and replaced it. This time I mounted it to the RDQ top plate and ran the antenna backwards.

no maiden yet.. report to come.
