Just checked out a new sim and so far I like it. It is called AI Drone Simulator and is available on "Steam". They have a great return policy if you don't like it...

I found it to fly quite well. None of the sims fly exactly like the real thing but quite a few come close. Even though they are not perfect, they really help to build the muscle memory which helps when flying the real thing.
