I want to be able to use the FPV drone in Australia where it is a requirement that a spotter knows precisely where the drone is at all times. Is there any way to get the raw goggle feed (not just the camera feed but including location data) in real time?

I can't answer your question, but curious - your spotter only needs to know where it is, not have visual line of sight?
They need to know precise location (gaps map) and have a clear view of the area under the drone (downward facing camera). So yeah, can be out of line of sight according to the regulations s as long as those two things are met.
On the FPV drone, added a vista downward facing but need the map! Or at least coordinates!.
